Great to work with! We only had a short amount of time to get our house rented and Stewart worked diligently, showing our house every chance he had. He worked around our schedule while we were moving out. As first time landloards, Stewart went over all the paperwork with us in depth to make sure we understood what was expected from both parties. We built a home on a lot sight unseen while still overseas last year. Our experience with Amy and her team was amazing; the TOTAL opposite of our first home buying/building experience. Jake was our eyes and ears with pics and videos every week during the construction process. Always accessible with our best interest the main priority. We began our real estate search while we were living in Japan, so Jake was our eyes and ears for essentially the whole process. From choosing a suitable build site to the completion of the new home, he regularly took photos and video so we could see our house plan become reality! By always making our best interest his priority and through excellent communication, he gained our trust.
